Cal look window seals have a clean smooth design with no extra trim which gives a simple and more modern appearance. American style window seals on the other hand include a groove that allows you to add metal or plastic decorative trim for a more classic look. Both styles are made from the same high quality rubber and are designed to fit perfectly. The main difference comes down to appearance. American style seals can be a bit more challenging to install because of the trim but the final choice depends on the look you prefer for your Volkswagen.

First fit the window seal onto the glass. Next install the trim into the seal. Finally place the complete assembly including the glass seal and trim into the vehicle.

Orders usually ship the same day if they are placed before 1:00 P.M. Pacific time. Online orders placed after business hours will ship the next business day. In some cases orders may be held for a short time if we are waiting on any missing items to complete the shipment.

Delivery time depends on your location. California customers usually receive their orders in 1 to 2 business days. Southwestern states take about 2 to 3 business days. Midwestern states are typically 3 to 4 business days. Eastern states generally take around 5 to 7 business days.

We accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of the invoice date. After 60 days all sales are final. A 20 percent restocking fee applies to all returns. Items must be in original condition and not installed to qualify for a return. Electrical parts are non returnable. To start a return you must first request a Return Authorization number which must be included on the package along with a copy of the invoice and reason for return. All return shipping must be prepaid and items must be sent within 30 days of receiving the Return Authorization. We do not accept COD shipments. If your order arrives damaged or with missing items you must contact the carrier immediately and notify us within 24 hours. Installed or improperly installed parts are not eligible for return.

We offer both German and Brazilian versions of some VW parts depending on your needs and budget. Both are made to fit your vehicle properly, but the main difference is quality and longevity. German parts are made using original VW tooling and higher grade materials, which means they usually last longer and fit more precisely. German door seals also have an original factory style sponge feel and appearance, similar to what your car had when new. Brazilian parts are a more budget friendly option. They are still functional and will fit your VW, but they are made with lower grade materials and may not last as long as German versions. For restorations where long term quality matters, German or USA made parts are recommended.

We offer both options so customers can choose what best fits their budget and restoration needs. Not every project is the same, so having a choice between premium German parts and more affordable Brazilian parts helps make restoration more flexible. Both types will fit and function properly, but German parts are usually higher quality and tend to last longer with a more precise fit. Brazilian parts are a more budget friendly option and still work well for many applications. In some cases German parts may not be available, so Brazilian versions can be the only option in stock.

Yes, you can. While there is not always a single all in one kit, you can combine a few key kits to cover most of your VW restoration needs. The main ones are a window rubber kit, a door kit for both doors, and a body kit. Together these will cover most of the essential rubber and sealing parts for your vehicle. You may still need a few smaller miscellaneous items, but these three kits will get you very close to a complete restoration.

To use your warranty, the rubber must be returned to the original place of purchase. If you bought it through a distributor, they can contact us and help arrange a replacement once the claim is confirmed. If you purchased directly from us, you can contact us and we will review your order using your invoice or our records to confirm it is our product. Proof of purchase is required, so please keep your invoice or order details safe for any future warranty claims.

No. Only the parts that Eurotech manufactures directly are covered under a lifetime warranty. Other products may have different warranty terms depending on the original manufacturer.
